Expressing an Opinion-2

In Taiwan, authorities still use the death penalty as a form of criminal punishment.  In my opinion, I agree with use the death penalty as a form of criminal punishment because it deters people from committing crimes.  Those who are critical of this idea think that it is harsher to serve a life in prison.  I am on the same page as those who stand up for the death penalty.  The reason is that it makes criminals pay the ultimate price.  But opponents of this idea claim that it sometimes means killing an innocent person.  It is often argued that it is a punishment that cannot be changed.  However, I am in favor of using the death penalty as a form of criminal punishment.  Due to all of these reasons, one must conclude that I insist using the death penalty to punish ex-convict.

Expressing an Opinion-1

In Taiwan schools, students must need to wear uniform when they go to school, or you will be punished for schools’ rules.  In my opinion, I disagree with wearing uniform when we go to school everyday.  However, teachers are on the same page as those who agree with students should wear uniform in school.  Some are against that we can wear flexible clothes when we go to school.  But those who are critical of this idea think that students should follow schools’ rules and be normal.  Especially, I object to wear uniform when we go to school because I feel uncomfortable in summer.  The teachers are in favor of wearing uniform because students should keep good appearance.  While it is true that we still must wear uniform when we go to school, I believe that we shouldn’t wear uniform for as the time is changing, our opinion are different.

Last Firday, I looked for apartments which have comfortable environment and near campus.  There are two apartments on the website, and I chose Fairfax Apartments finally.  They are many differences between two apartment.  First, Fairfax Apartment has two bedroom apt, but CAMPUS APTS has one bedroom apt.  I want to be comfortable and large, so I chose former.  Fairfax Apartment offer air conditioned,neither does CAMPUS APTS.  The reason I will choose former is I am afraid of being hot.

I have received two resumes, and I chose Debra Fine to be English Instructor in our school for following reasons.  First of all, Debra studied in BA English, McGill University from 1993 to 1997.  Besides, she also studied MA English, University of Toronto and PhD Linguistics, University of Pennsylvania.  However, Lynn only studied in BA Spanish, New York University.  Secondly, Debra is abundant in experience because she has worked at least eighteen years.  Unlike Debra, Lynn didn't has so much experience like her. Third, Debra also publicated English Verb Tenses, Shortman Publishing Company, 2006, but Lynn didn't do it.  Last but no least, Debra not only can teach English for students but also can teach how to swim for studens.  On the other hand, Lynn only can teach English for students.  To sum up, I expect that Debra Fine can do her best to let her student do well on their English abilities.

My extracurricular activities are playing basketball and volleyball.  In fact, volleyball and basketball are my favoriate sports. They are same in many ways.  First, We play baketball with hands. Similarly, we play volleyball with our hans.  Secondly, if you have good jump ability, you should be good at playing volleyball.  Likewise, if you have good jump ability, you would play basketball easily that you even could slum dunk.  Third, you should practice your basektball skills everyday.  Without a doubt, you should pracitice more when you play volleyball, too.  Last but not least, you should keep good attitude playing basketball and volleyball.  In short, volleyball and basketball are both good extracurricular activities, and they bring me a lot of fun.

How to Plan Trip-revise

Planing a trip can be very easy.  First, you should choose a destination which you want to go.  For example,if you would like to appreciate snow scenery, you had better go to North America. Furthermore, if you want to go to the Disneyland, you will plan to go to Tokyo.  Then, after you decide your destination, you should choose a date.  For instance,  how about during winter vacation?  Or, when most your friends are free?  After that, you need to check in the rooms in the hotel, airplant tickets, and map.  Finally, the only thing  that you have to do is to wait for the date.  With happy mood, you can enjoy your trip.
